The product rule behind the site is simple. A calculator should save time without hiding the math. That means no signup wall before a result, no paywall around basic planning tools, and no vague copy that turns a straightforward formula into marketing language. They are not a substitute for professional judgment in situations where the full context matters more than the formula alone.

Financial tools cannot know every lender rule, fee schedule, tax treatment, market condition, or personal constraint. Health tools work from published equations and common interpretation bands, but they do not know your medical history, medications, training status, or lab context. Construction tools can help estimate quantities, but they do not inspect site conditions or local code requirements. Even exact arithmetic tools can still be misused if the wrong unit or assumption is entered. That is why we include limitation notes and why we keep the language careful on higher-risk topics.
